Refund and cancellation policy

If you withdraw from the course within 15 days of registering, you will be eligible to receive a full refund of any payments made once all related course materials are returned to Summit Medical Academy, minus a $150.00 admin fee which is not refundable. Students are eligible for a partial refund up to 30 days after registration, depending on circumstances. Students who are not eligible for a full or partial refund will be allowed to continue and complete the course within the Terms and Conditions for your course (EMT or AEMT).

Rescheduling Skills Week: students have a 30-day window from the time of their registration where they can change their skills week free of charge. After 30 days, to DELAY a skills week the student must pay a $400 one-time transfer fee. Students may move to an earlier skills week free of charge at anytime depending on availability. If you are dropped from a skills week for not meeting the online completion deadlines, re-registering for a different skills week costs $400.
